Role:
The Dean of Enrollment Management provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the College's comprehensive enrollment functions, including admissions and recruitment, records, financial aid, and advising. The Dean is responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating strategies and services that support enrollment growth, retention, and student success. This position serves as a collaborative leader across academic and student services departments to ensure a seamless student experience from outreach to enrollment.

The salary for this position is $90,453.02 - $135,679.52 per year.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- 20% Provide administrative oversight and leadership for all areas of enrollment management, including admissions and recruitment, records, financial aid, and advising.
- 20% Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive enrollment management plan aligned with the College’s strategic goals and priorities.
- 15% Analyze internal and external data to inform enrollment projections, identify trends, and support institutional decision-making and resource allocation.
- 15% Contribute to the development and coordination of dual credit initiatives in collaboration with ISDs and academic departments, while ensuring adherence to state regulations.
- 10% Collaborate with Instruction, Student Services, Marketing, Institutional Research, and IT to align enrollment strategies with academic planning and student support services.
- 10% Oversee compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as the integrity, security, and accuracy of student records, transcripts, academic history, and FERPA compliance.
- 5% Prepare and manage departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and pursue opportunities for process efficiencies and innovation.
- 5% Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Education: A Master's degree is required, preferably in educational leadership or a related field.
- Experience: Five years to ten years of similar or related experience.
